i love alice cooper, desperado is one of my favorites,, i had on 8 track lol: killers, welcome to my nightmare , goes to hell and greatest hits. what a great band. i'm gonna listen to some now!!
Love Alice. I have to admit I have no idea what he's doing these days - the most recent material I heard is from the late 80s. I saw them once in Pittsburgh, and the show was awesome. It killed. (hahaha!) The live album titled The Alice Cooper Show is the best. Its got the same backup band as on Lou Reed's Rock and Roll Animal. That band rocks.
I don't know their LP's very well and i've got just the 73' LP Billion dollar babies LP and it's a demented rock opera like always with him...but from what i know (one of my friends had all their albums or nearly) i prefer their 69-75 era with the band Alice Cooper ...in solo it's generaly pathetic exept a few album ...the 1st one in solo from 75 is great , after ...he just loose his way...probably too much cocaine and not enough marijane and lsd...
