So, recently i found out I actually have a common anatomic variation on my penis. It is called hirsuties papillaris genitalis, most commonly known as pearly penile papules. It consists in series of white bumps on the edge of the glans. You can see a photograph on this link.

Apparently some men with this variation get very self-conscious and some even undergo treatment. Some women get grossed out, and people sometimes misdiagnose this as HPV infection. But there are some good news for people with PPP. I found some claims on the internet from women who say this variation increases pleasure during sex because the bumps enhance stimulation.
So I would like to ask you: Do you have them? Does It make sex better? Would you get grossed out and run away? What’s your opinion?

i'd probably think it was some sort of std and leave during sex.

So I found there is already another thread with this topic. Sorry, my bad. I would like to add some info though. This a variation that has been conserved in the human species due to a evolutionary advantage. The bumps work as a brush during sex and removing any semen the vagina might already have from other males. Seems like I might have an advantage if I ever go to a “get pregnant orgy”.
