Countries that can be cool to dwell in when with a good enough translator (a translator device and/or a paid translator person): (Pick between the following: )

    MONGOLIA
    ICELAND
    GREENLAND

People talk a good game about certain countries but um, fuck Zealand, North Holland, and Costa Rica. All the countries making the news or pop speakings ARE A NO-NO! in my book. You don't HEAR any thing even remotely by far about Mong, ICE, and GREEN. Why is that? Because wherever NEWS is not making famous fuss or infamous fuss, is the best places. Now if you talk economy in a bad light, then that is only if your dwelling depends on employers. Mines does not. So I don't let econ talk tell me where to dwell. Besides, why want a gov that is too advancely tech equiped?

    I'll be delocating.

Dwell in, means live in a territory in your own way(s).

Problem with U.S.A... is this place is too: NEED to register for a permit or license for THAT AND FOR THIS, AND FOR THAT AND FOR THIS. That's that bullshit. If you thought too taxed was bad, then what do you think of too REGISTERED and way too many, and still coming, LAWS? Long as congress exists to do nothing but make regulations, the U.S.A is trash in my book.

Write your congressmen, and tell them to CHILL THE FUCK OUT ON MAKING NEW LAWS AND NEW REGULATIONS FOR ABOUT 25 YEARS, or else the quality type individual WILL GO ELSEWHERE to dwell WELL AS WELL CAN GET. Keep pumping your nation with legal drugs all you want U.S., but I see through that this U.S.A. is a BIG JUNKIE DOMAIN. How many commericals run, that are drug related, DAILY? Thought so. U.S.A wants its people JUNKIES. They are even leaniant toward drug companies when it comes to attempts by people making civil claims against drug companies for what their drugs caused or costed them. FUCK the U.S.A.'s JUNKIE ASS.

Now that I have retired I have wondered a few times if it would be worth it to expatriate to some other country to live. Haven't looked much into it yet though; because if I did decide to do that, it would be several years off from now. But it's a compelling idea!

Mongolia would be out though. A little too "land locked" for me. Iceland offhand sounds the best of the three choices you presented, so I picked it.

Greenland seems too cold and barren.
    Mongolia, I know nothing about.
Iceland does make the news. They got volcanic eruptions and geothermal energy.

I've been to Iceland and there's lots of places that would be worse to live in. The folks there were very friendly and hospitable.
