Hey guys ever since I was little I've always had really bad menstrual cycles. I have extremely horrifying cramps and all that stuff we females get. Any one can advice me any ways to reduce these cramps. Is it normal to get cramps this bad and periods coming late? Thank you.

orgasm can cause your uterus to contract, enabling it to use up excess prostaglandins in the process. Prostagladins are hormones produced by your uterine lining. They help to stimulate contractions that move menstrual blood out of the uterus, and are also responsible for those cramps that occur throughout your period.

If you can manipulate the cycles to fall on the full moon, that might help. My cycles are rather debilitating, but if they fall on a full moon they're much easier. Blood flows freely, cramps are less, PMS is almost nil. Also, birth control pills lessen the pain a bit.
