dont put any water in.No need,put your fuel in then cap it.I,m sure you will get plenty of reaction without the water.I have even put a little bit of salt in toward the end to draw out moisture.If your getting shitty dope its probably do to either the quality of the chemicals your using or do to not venting it correctly.You really want it to react as much as possible without hurting yourself.
