Just discovered that less is more in a lot of cases. If you used to take around 15-30mg and it used to help you with your school work and concentration the most and now it seems to work against your concentration all of a sudden I recommend you decrease your dose significantly, up until now I was having problems concentrating due to too high of a dose, and I am only talkin 8-10mg's is TOO MUCH to me. I recently decreased it to 4-5 mg's and my concentration has really improved a great deal. A year ago I thought that taking a 30 is the best way to prepare for a test. I was wrong. Let me know what you guys think
I find 20-30mg a good dose to make you productive as hell. When you get to 50-60mg it's a true amphetamine high, I mean it's great but you not always so productive.
Yeah... at first 10-15mg would really make me study and concentrate the best and make me get such good grades, it is not like that at all now.... now, 4-5 mg in the morning is all I need to stay focuses and concentrated for a good amount of time
I am given it for refractory depression, so I don't know too much about its effects on my concentration. It seemed to keep me focused at the lowest dose I was on. I moved up slightly, and I noticed no change in that, but my mood was better stabilized. Actually, I have read in journals that the essence of what you say is true- that the meds work as well at 5 and 50 mg for school related concentration issues. However, not everyone is prescribed it for that.
I am taking a break from it for then next month... I simply dont need it, I'll let you know how it goes as far as studyin... and i'll let you guys know if 5mg helps me once I get back to studying, if I am unable to concentrate.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v6LfBbP0J6A that's how I feel about all amphetamines. like most drugs though, they have good and bad qualities
