da ha! I did it!!!!!

Just take a look at this beautiful loaf of bread I made (in the bread machine, of course). A far cry from that deflated monstrosity UFO (unidentified food object) that I made a while back.

AWESOME loaf! I love making homemade bread, in the machine and by hand. Yum yum. Makes the best toast and snacks. Nom nom!

I hope this link is allowed (if it's not, just remove the link, they can google it with my description), but TLC has a neat little article on "How Bread Works" and this is the recipe at the back. It's not the most flavorful bread in the world, but it's a good easy start and it's how I made the two loaves I've made.
