What do the pills say? Tylenol 3s are 30mg codeine/300mg apap.
As asked above...are T3s time release? When i have been given rx of them they were not, and all my other dealings with them, they have not been time released.

Do a Cold Water Extraction on them. That will leave you with almost pure codeine and some left over apap. Drink it down and enjoy. (There are a few threads on the forums that tell you EXACTLY how to perform a CWE.)

If you are opioid naive, you would still get pretty high well within the safe range of APAP intake. If you are tolerant, you'll have to do the CWE.

T3's do not contain a time-release mechanism, unless there is a new formulation out that I am not aware of.
