    Something like this http://forum.grasscity.com/seasoned-tokers/588539-stoner-multi-tool.html

I have been negotiating to get one of these manufactured with:

Knife (cut hash, general purpose, flat edge to pack bowls)
Scissors (used to break up weed)
Toothpick widthed poke tool (poke out bowls/stir bowls)
Small shallow spoon (keif pickup/finely grinded weed pickup)
    Tweezers (roach clip/bowl packer/small pliers)
Built in LED flashlight (pack at night, find dropped joint etc.)
(Would be about 3.5 inches by 1/2inch by 1 inch)

So far it seems to be about $30 to make with high quality aircraft grade aluminum for most parts; this would make a reliable and rugged tool for everyday use. Basically i'm asking if anyone would be willing to buy something like this for around $40 online if it was THE stoner multi-tool made by stoners for stoners. High quality and everything included (basically the iPod of stoner tools).

    What do you think?

personally I wouldn't buy it for 40$ as that sounds like a bit much for stuff I can search my desk for and find something to use, but if you're going to sell it to other people I suggest you at least make it green or put a pot leaf on it.

Once everyone's tool gets all resiny and gross you can sell them the stoner tool cleaning fluid :p

and make it so that you can lock the tweezers so you don't have to keep holding it real hard to make sure it doesn't fall out

Well it's more aimed at the stoner who can't/doesn't smoke at home. The only reason it's so expensive is that I stressed very high quality so this is one of those things that you can keep for years and use everyday.

Possible add something weed related but don't want to make it officially "paraphernalia" so will be discreet. Will be marketed as THE stoner tool that you just can't kill and I hope people are willing to pay for quality.

Here's are some generic tins from a basic website.
    http://www.containerandpackaging.co...ist&CatKey=79&search=&sid=0.37609447236172855

    About 73 cents.

Here's the selection of tins from grasscity.com
    http://www.grasscity.com/smoking-accessories/stash-gear-tins-and-boxes?limit=all

Same tins with a weed insignia, about 6-8 dollars.

Tends to be how it works.

I think people would be willing to sacrifice a little quality in the metal to bring the price down a bit, as long as it's something that doesn't rust. idk...

try marketing it to headshops in your area, ask if they think it would sell

I was going to post this!

When it comes to selling stuff to stoners you really have to think about whether they would want to buy a bag or your shit.

Alright so I actually looked into getting this manufactured. Turns out I was way off on the $40 dollar target and can now make significant money on even a $20 product (not to mention quantity discounts to headshops) so a 19.99 aluminum tool like this; a better proposition?

It would be marketed to new/inexperienced stoners who recognize the need for these types of tools but don't have a place of their own to smoke and keep them around. It would come in handy everyday, not even just for weed, but I think having one of these would be hella conveinient and pretty classy.

    For those who said TL;DR
19.99 aluminum, what is described in OP, bought off a website. Would you buy it/do you see someone you know buying it?

EDIT: If I can make $10 a unit on this thing, il be lookin at $5000 first go :D
