After discovering this forum i've put in a few solid hours of lurking and.... I HAVE SEEN THE LIGHT! These are my dreads after approx. 4 months, 25 days. They were started with a crocheting hook by myself in the woods (where i live!) the sectioning was horrible and when people touched my scalp it was like pulling hair. My lady friend after 4 months of progress then proceeded to rip most of the dreads in half turning 19 dreads into 50. I now have movement in my scalp again, thank the gods! But alot of progress was lost. Since starting my dreads i've put too much love into them. Too much palmrolling and crocheting and unfortunantely not enough washing (I live in the backcountry, only get a shower about every 10 days or so) I believe my over-affection for these dreads is evident. Therefor I dub myself done. I hereby sware to let nature run its course. I will not palm roll, I will not crochet loose hairs I will wash my hair twice a week for the next 6 months I will post an up-date picture in this forum once a month for the next 6 months. Here are my dreads as of today (Just washed) Know time...........No time
