As a veteran online smoking tool shopper I can give you a few hints. First off if you're buying in bulk look for deals, Gorilla Glass used to have amazing prices but you had to order more than $250 worth of merch (although I understand they are out of business now?). There may be others out there though so if your looking to make a huge order I suggest you look into it. Secondly grasscity is good for prices so things like the perc, vape or sherlock you could find pretty cheap and with a decent quality standard. I recommend anything that's not explicitly "creative" so to speak be from grasscity. (Stay away for Everyonedoesit.com their prices arn't that great on most things). Finally etsy is a great place for those little weed trinkets (ashcatchers, bowls or bubblers) so although they may have a bit higher prices, it's worth it on low cost items (because they look so damn cool.) Just a last little note: If you really want to buy the PERFECT vape that will last for years and work amazingly I really suggest you buy a volcano. It seems you already have a decent amount of money put into your pieces so 500 dollars really isn't that bad. Literally it is all the vape you'll ever need and come with a 3 or 5 year warranty (can't remember). EDIT: Also for a grinder I recommend a Space Case, they are the BEST grinders out there with 4 chambers, chunky, durable, reliable and spins remarkably smoothly no matter how much nug you toss in. Again another volcano situation: it is all the grinder you will ever need.
