Have you ever...

been on the other side of a towel-stuffed door when people are smoking on the other side? I've always used the towel method to contain weed smoke but I've never seen just how effective it is

good point I've been on the outside of a hotel one but that was only because there wasn't enough room in the bathroom for all the people we had smoking so we took turns. But those doors are made differently than doors in houses

 

I smoke down in my basement occasionally. I've never used a towel but I go in the room farthest from the stairs, shut the door and smoke. When I leave I shut the door again and if I smoke an alright sized bowl to just get me baked it could somehow go through the door all around my huge basement and to the top of my stairs. Thing is though within a half an hour no one will smell it unless you go in that room.

 

Never even been on the inside of a room using that method.

Most hotels have smoke detectors in the room.

I smoked in one in Atlantic City, but it was actually out in the hallway.

Actually, you might be able to try this in the bathroom.

 

I'm an OG hotel partyer, I know to put the shower cap they give you over the smoke detector

 

Well i had a friend that had to live in a hotel for a few weeks and i would go visit him and we smoked that room out ALL the time and the smoke shower thing never went off and we didn't cover anything.


Maybe we were just lucky.

 

That's actually a pretty good idea. (feels sorta dumb)

In my case, my one friend was being a pussy, and he's much bigger, so we couldn't've done it in the room anyways.
