Hello~ Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm a child of the 60's and a teen of the 70's and have no intention of getting 'old' LOL. I'm undergoing a 'career change' due to the crappy real estate market and am trying to turn a hobby into some sort of income generation. Any other mid-life career changers in the forums? Hello there in FL. Hope your hobby pays off...I slipped up and had a 3rd child 7 years ago and don't have the energy to keep up with him now that I'm in my mid 40's!
