I have synesthisia witch some of you probably know is a perceptual condition that cases te blending of the senses. I have had it as far back as I can remember. Its always in influenced my perception as well as my physical world and always considered my third eye was just pulling at the vail of regular reality. When I was little I always saw this crazy neon green or yellow/green kind of static almost sludgy energy that would see manifesting and sliding over objects or just things that I could see with my eyes. It sounds funny but I could feel the object they were in contact wih my vision. I could get its sense of texture, weight and tempeture. It should be at no surprise ths kinda scared the shit out of me when I was a lttle kid. So I learned to kinda ignore it even thogh it sill effects me today. Now that was so you could get an idea of how serious my synesthisia is. It has always penitrated me deep to the point where all my thoughts manifest into a kind of gelantnis ball that has a colored teather that kinda leads my life. Now this translates to when people talk to me about their trips. Its things that I had always kinda thought about anyways, and whatever they say turns into a shape, and I will understand te shape. Now, I have never done any psychedelics before but I have done some Wake Induced Lucid Dreaming witch I believe activated some DMT but Im not sure yet, and I smoke looot of cannabis. haha But I feel I already know alot of what people learn from it, of course I cant say for sure. But I was planning on doing either some shrooms or lsd with some close people. What should I expect?
Being that this is a pretty rare occurrence, without the use of drugs; I don't know that any of us can tell you what to expect.
No, I'm very interested in synesthisia and was at one time trying to write a story where the main character experienced it majorly. Have you ever talked to a doctor or expert about this?
no way man, the brain is a crazy thing. let us know how your trip goes, id be interested to hear about it
I would be extremely interested to hear your reaction to lysergic acid diethylamide. I find that one of its primary effects is profound, global synesthesia.
I would be intrigued to hear the results of one so synaesthetically pre-disposed to any psychedelic. I certainly don't think it makes you "crazy," just perceptually different from the norm. Revel in it.
