If you're looking for forums just click the Hip Forums logo in the top left corner. If you want to seach for something click on 'forum options' on the menu near the top of the screen and scroll down to where it says 'search forums'.

To put something on someone's profile you can search for their member name under forum options and just click on it - but the easiest way is just to find one of their postings and click on Member name on the top right of the post. That will take you to their profile and you can leave a message.
