Adult adhd

    I've known for a long time something was off about me but wasn't sure what exactly. Upon reading up on adhd I believe this is exactly what it is. The problem is I don't know what to do next. Do you just go to your regular doctor and talk to them? I'm in Canada so it'll probably be different than American diagnosis.
