I've read reports that the fluid has been studied and it is not mostly pee, although it could contain some due to the geography down there.
I've read that it is somewhat like a man's prostate in that the fluid makeup is like prostatic fluid (your man's precum) although my precum is thicker than what I've known from a g-spot. I'm skeptical of porn - although g-spot orgasms are real, I think they are peeing for the cued special effect.
