Darvon & Darvocet are being pulled from the US market. For 50 years when I went to the dentist or Dr. they would prescribe Darvocet. Now I find out it's worse for you than the pain. Hope this doesn't start a trend. I think some people want to regulate opiates out of existence.
Darvocets are the worst pills for you. WAAAYYY too much tylenol. This is a GOOD thing. This means dentists will have to move up to hydros or maybe even percs.
Darvon/cet has been through the wringer a few times. its been known to cause suicide, though alcohol is more likely to blame in those cases.. I had a dip shit friend take 10 of them, drank some Wild Turkey and was face flat on the roadway, police were picking him up by his hair.. He never learned from that experience either..
I've taken 12 darvocets before. I was definitely fucked up for hours. It was almost like a dissociative high. But all that tylenol. UGH
the guy i mentioned in the post prior, was taken to a hospital. The drug crystallized in his liver, shutting it down .. he almost died... still an alcoholic today, and just as reckless.
Yeah man. I have NEVER actually personally tried darvocet, but ironically a friend of mine called me literally (no exaggeration) two days before i read about the ban (which was yesterday, Friday 19th) and offered a bottle to me. haha. I also read that many Drs. will now switch to tramadol......which is not really that great IMO, but to each their own etkearne....:sifone:
Darvocet sucks ,and so does tramadol to me ,at least some Hydrocodone 10mg's or some percocets,or I won't take them..
