Hi folks I have read some of the forums over the past few months, and often see threads I have felt like participating in, so I finally signed up. I don't remember exactly how I found these forums; but they caught my eye when I did. Anyways, now that I have signed up, it will a brave step for me to actually participate. That's because I have a "healthy paranoia" of internet forums; where things you say could come back to "bite you" in the future. But, I figure, since I won't be discussing illegal activities; it shouldn't really matter; as no "normal forum reader" (or google-searcher) will know exactly where or who I am (beyond my profile info). Now, I realize there is no "true" anonymity on the internet, and that if, say, LE wanted to find me, they probably could. But I'm not really worried about that; just the normal "internet idiots" or others that might want to use stuff against a person. Should be safe from that (I hope!) So I guess we shall see if I actually do chime in or not on some threads that have caught my interest. So... glad to be here, and I hope to participate in some of the discussions! Nostromo
Hi..welcome to here I drove through Missouri once ..thought it was a nice place..I remember staying overnight in Eureka..I especially like the south west end of it with the hills
i'm in missouri too. if u ever find urself in the vicinity of springfield i could make special trip there. i too don't like to reveal my exact location. am tryin to start thxgivin council, but have no vehicle to use. there is a conservation area just 20 mi E of town. & close to i44. but some ppl mite not like it that close. but since councils generally only last a day should be safe. it would be 38 mi bicycle ride for me. but tryin for others convenience.
