    Orison!
That's smarter than a pigeon or an octopus, but not quite as smart as a pig or a crow.

at least i made the list
    No. 10 - Rat
    [IMG]
No. 10 in our countdown of smartest animals is the rat, a highly intelligent yet much-maligned animal in Western cultures. Widely used in research, the lab rat has been known to find shortcuts, loopholes and escape routes in the laboratory experiments designed by the top scientific minds of our time. In Chinese culture, the rat is revered for its cunning and resourcefulness. And for good reason - the rat has successfully colonized every continent on Earth except for Antarctica. And if history is any indication, they'll be there too soon enough.

Rats and squirrels are almost the same thing in my opinion. Like for example a poodle is a dog but so is a german shepard and golden retriever. like squirrel and rats are so similiar in looks and the way they act.

Squirrels are not often aquatic. They do not travel in water, like Rats..

Rats are a necessary role in the environment.. At one time Rats were eradicated heavily in cities like New York. while methods of control take place still.. There is much more control using the rats to remove food debris from alleyways behind the restaurant districts. People would rather not see rats im sure. But ecologist might say something different..
