How can you actually believe this stuff?

For me, personally, studying and "learning" about astrology, I was able to answer inner questions about myself...the placement of the planets (my birth planets) truly gave me "answers" that had previously eluded me. Lets just say my planet's placement(s)/aspects to each other alone are "destined" to present the person with certain "challenges", so to say. (LOL) At one time in my life I certainly could not and did not see things with the humorous and accepting attiude I now have.
At any rate, I'm simply saying that learning about my own horoscope, well beyond the forecasts in a newspaper (lord have mercy - I think that is soooo funny - to pay heed to that) gave me answers that have thus far been quite accurate; but explained a LOT of stuff.

 

I understand what you say, coz worse than have no perception of astrology is to be told the wrong things or with the wrong prespective!

The birth chart represent the individual's potencial that he can develop throughout his life, but we usually never achieve our full potential!

Astrology in depth can lead you to matters you never thought that existed, open closed doors or just enlarge your view, like going out the limited ground floor to see the view in the 10th floor of a building...or see whats hidden in the basement!
It portrends a lot of philosophy and psycology!

Old astrology is more fatalistic, nowadays the so called squares and oppositions are essential to any individual's growth and developement.
There's sources of energy that can be turn to your advantage even if they are disruptive...

Some people have qualities that they never noticed they have and sometimes they have to be displayed on the plate for them!
And some bad qualities (considered by most) that other people love about n take the piss! That's what makes you who you are...

Astrology is far from being perfectly accurate still, but needs incentive and development. You can't just stop it because it has flaws but perfect it to the most.

There is people working really hard to find padrons that you can assossiate with, includind serious psychologists studing astrology and trying to find padrons in serial killers charts and so on... Every little step helps!
It's like taking samples: If an individual works 20 years carrying heavy stuff is going to have back problems! Well, few people say: I've done that and don't have a problem!
Then we have to find out what made the difference...

Testing is part of most subjects and Astrology is no exception...

I like to think I'm a visionary! I reckon some time in the future there won't be CVs to apply for a job... It will be your birth chart instead! I'd be doomed...:bandana: lol

Astrology has been one of the alltime greatest fields of human study, IMO- but only because it led to the science of astronomy.

 

I'm an atheist, but I can't help but believe in astrology; from studying it and what I've personally learned and experienced, it works. And I believe in what I see and can test and prove.

 

I really don't find Astrology to be too far-fetched...

I don't take it seriously, but fuck if I can understand the true nature of the universe

 

OK Never belived any of it,Never seen anything remotely accurate. Untill two weeks ago, Two different internet psycics sent me emails within a few days of each other. Both of them described my imeadiate future as being very promising financialy. One even gave me acouple of firm dates to look for monetary gains. the first was a smaller gain. The date was this past Monday. NOTHING HAPPENED! Buuuuuut, Tuseday . I won 500$. Didn't risk a dime. What's Up with that. Next is a few weeks away.
