I was asked today by a friend of what a good dose of hydromorphone (Dilaudid) is. I couldn't find anything on Erowid, perhaps you could enlighten me
Hopefully this will help... If your friend has never taken Dillies before then I would suggest starting with a 4mg dose. The best way to absorb the pill is either IV or plugging. It will come on with in seconds of IV and about 5 mins when plugging. If your friend has a strong opiate tolerance you can mix dillies with other opiates. But take it slow. Dont dose really high and OD. Im a guy, 5'9'' and 130lbs. Your body type depends a lot oh how any pill effects you. So for me I usually plug one or two dillies and mix it with some perc or oxy.
Well so far he told me that he wanted to take it orally. He has 12mg (3x4mg) and has never taken any opiates before. IV is out of the equation but I will suggest plugging it. So do you think 8mg at one time may be too much. His build is similar to yours cooper and would the recommended dosage change apon plugging vs. orally (I would most defiantly thinks so!). Also what it is the procedure to plugging a pill? Put the whole thing (its tiny I believe) right up there or crushing it and adding water, then putting it in an oral syringe and squirting it into the moon crater? Thanks for the help so far!
