It all depends on the shallowness of the person I could go on and on about this subject, but bottom line is : Do you wanna be with somebody who is only concerned about how you dress? Just go talk to her man, you have nothing to lose.

You would be absolutely amazed at how unfounded our fears are and how easily those fears are eased with simple verbal communication.

I mean it might be shallow but looks generally means alot to people in highschool including myself. I used to dress punky in middle school and my freshmen year and now im preppy and i get like alot more girls now than then

 

Depends where you are. All the preppy girls here are into that emo guy shit. She's from another country, so she probably does'nt know who she's supposed to be hanging out with yet.

 

If you can get satisfaction from that then good for you. But personally I wouldn't wanna hang out with people that think that my personal appearance would be a factor as to whether or not they should talk to me...

 

They dont I still hang out with many skaters/punks/ and preps i just dress preppy. In fact some of my best friends that I have now were friends with me before i was preppy. It doesnt matter how you dress its your attitute and your view on life. People look at me and see a rich kid or somthing but then they get to know me and dont care what i dress like.

 

Just keep it real, that's what ladies love.

 

honestly though if a girl were to see a boy in like nice khackis and a like button up tee shirt with a collar, then see a boy with like a punk outfits and there personallitys were equal who would win

 

I used to be into the punk stuff, and never got the attention of any girls. Now I just wear whatever the fuck is lying around (generally a plain blank t-shirt and jeans or khakis). I suppose it looks like a poor kid trying to be "preppy", but thats not my intention at all. The whole point is I don't give a shit about what I'm wearing. And I still have no women by the way.

If she liked you before, she should still like you now, and if she doesn't care for your new look, then she isn't worth your time anyway.

I think it's cute that you're learning russian.

But highschool is all about looks, and it's so clicky. Be yourself, even if it's punky. If that's the only thing that's keeping her away, then it's all shallow and not worth persuing a relationship with her.

The russian might be cute and all but heres what you need to do. Something along the lines of "Hey why didn't we ever hang out last year? You need to hang out with me this weekend." man in highschool its all about looks. i went to a ghetto middle school in dc and i was ne of 5 white kids ina school of like 950. so of course im a wigger. im nto ur average wig tho cuz i dont really use hiphop slang much and i dont want to BE black i just like the music and the clothes its just more my style. I moved to yorktown from DC and whooo what a change i went to a school that was 98% preps and punks. Truthfullyi can say it doesnt matter how you dress because my best friends at that school were skaters/rockers and they were cool as shit. not to mention i tapped tons of those little preppy bitches and their friends. alli got to say is hang with who you want and dress how you want, dont give a fuck what people say behind your back, if she really digs you she won't care how you dress and if she does care then forget her and move on she aint worth the time.
