Does anyone recognise this clip?

This was breifly in a scene from another show. I remember seeing this odd dance routine before, but not what it's from.

The best suggestion I've had is it's from Wilson Keppel and Betty's "Sand Dance" shows. It's not a scene I can find from though though.
