Will Methadone's long half life effect mushies?

I took a 10mg Methadone tab to get a good buzz saturday night. Tonight I am going out with some friends and afterwords going to their weekend house way out in the woods. We are planning on doing some good shrooms. This wont be the first trip on them for any of us.
My question is... will the extremely long half life of methadone (24-36hrs) effect a magic mushroom trip negatively? I dont want to be another OD on the front page. I know that Methadone can be very dangerous so Im taking extra precautions when doing ANYTHING.
I posted this is pharmaceuticals as well. Hopefully between the two Ill get a good answer
