Prop 19 isn't passing

All electronical votes can be and are manipulated.
They will never allow anything mind expanding to become popular, they invest billions to dumb down society and keep people stupid, they are even smart enough to make people pay for dumbing them down.
Allowing a mind expanding substance would bring down their entire system so that wont happen.
Same in europe, here in Germany they just decided to make a law against medical plant use. Its a war against the plants like in the past when they tortured and burned people for using these plants.
