   George Soros has announced his intention to back Prop 19, the Cannabis Legalization initiative in California. He will donate $1 million to the campaign, which is great at this late date, as it's only one week until the people get to vote on this. He is the second biggest donor, since Richard Lee who started the initiative has put $1.5 million into publicizing the measure.
