Can anyone tell me what the cost is to live in the commune? I'm very tired of apt. living....thank you

I realize it's been a while since you posted your question, but I thought I'd respond with the little bit I can offer.

I've done some on-line searches on communes and would suggest you try that. There are many sites that have some pretty good info on what some of these communes want/need from the people who want in. Many, though, don't want new people anymore. You'll just have to sift through.

I've been thinking about this on and off for a while and decided I'd try an old hippie site to see if there was anyone with whom I could hook up to live free and easy. :sunny: I notice in your in Victorville. I'm in north San Diego county. Not sure how close we may be, but if we are nearby, perhaps we could communicate a bit here and see what we could come up with. Your call.

Not that it really matters, but how old are you? I'm 55 and would like to hook up with like-minded folks especially, and sometimes it works better when we're close in age is all. Be well!
