halloween plan. add your thoughts.

has anyone here ever been to anything really intense on acid? if so explain the situation.

i think i would be able to handle myself on acid compared to shrooms.
if i were to go to a Halloween place such as a corn maze, or haunted house where they try to scare you.

does anyone think it would be a fun time?

anyway. me and my buddies have like 4-5 hits EACH.(took some before and know there good) and my only concern is if someone were to freak out it would be really noticable and might draw someones attention to us.

i have tripped a handful of times since mid summer.

and because i dont want cops showing up. what are some things i could do to be safe/ not stick out?

I no longer pretend that LSD is something you can do in these sorts of situations. Treat it like alcohol and it's gonna fuck your shit up righteously one day

 

I'm not too frequently a strong advocate of a trip sitter, though sometimes they can be a good idea, especially at higher doses. If things were to get too intense at a haunted hosue or maze, it may help to have a sober person along to rationalize things. Then again rationalizing gets very complicated with trips sometimes because of a changed lens through which experience is interpreted. If you had a friend who wanted to join you that would be chill, maybe someone who'd smoke or something. He/She shouldn't think of it as trip sitting, but rather companionship.

I personally like to freak myself out a bit when I trip, but I don't think I would be able to handle myself in a haunted house. I'm easily spooked. You know yourself best and your friend knows himself best. Switch it around too, I bet you both know a lot about each other. Make smart choices. By the way, 4-5 good hits can potentially be a lot of cid. Know your territory and be cautious. Acid over shrooms, I agree.


by the way,you said these are good doses. YOu say you've tested them. Just out of cuirosity, how many did you eat when you tested them?

 

i took 4 one night with my buddy that i get them from. 2 oraly and was feeling funky. and 2 in the eye a few hours later.

 

This doesn't sound like the best idea to me, and definitely not something I would ever do.
Mindset and setting are really important to me, and a haunted house is not really conducive to a smooth trip. I believe its best to avoid negative external consequences while in such a vulnerable state.

I'd say go for it. Just don't do too much. Maybe find your feet in the trip before you go into the haunted house. You don't want to be tripping harder than you thought, and then you've already commited to doing it, you know? Some of my best trips have been at a chaotic place. It's fun, and it's always good to challenge yourself like this. The Phish roadie thing is actually a pretty good idea.

 

same, atmosphere is one of the main factors in directing my trip.
and besides those things scare the shit out of me sober.. haha

it was a fun night!
i took 2 cubes and waited for my friends to come over, when they got here they showed up with a guy i know but am not total friends with but was cool having him tag along, and he brought some booze for himself. i took the rest of mine and ,my other 2 friends dosed also. We smoked for a while till it was dark out then decided we should probably hit the road and go to the haunted place.

we had to get gas and i remember seeing a giant roman hat with red feathers and i was trying so hard to control myself at this point. and then i got back to the car and we headed off. (we have a map and a gps, i told my friends to set up the gps for me because it wasn't mine.) and we head off onto the interstate.

this was one of the most intense and scarry parts of the whole trip. it felt as if things were stuck on repeat, and to boot i asked what exit we have to get off at and my friend with the map(whos only drunk) says idk, and then i say "look at the map" and he says idk, and then suggests that we get off the interstate go to a gas station and find out where we need to go (even though we have a map and gps). so we cant find a gas station in the middle of noware and im thinking this looks shady+ im having a hard time knowing where i am on the other side of my city.

so we decide to turn back, and for the longest time i didn't even know if i was going the right way home. and the road kept looking like places i have never been and that was sending me into a bad state of mind while trying to find my home.. but we finnaly found my exit and went down the road to my house and were safe again.(probably not going to drive on the interstate on acid ever again) and we ended up smoking more and having my parents give us a ride there.

the ride there was really weird and when we got to the place, we had no clue what we needed to do and we just started walking in. we payed and were told to go sign a waiver (i signed the date as 10/11/10 lol) and we walked into the haunted place.

it was nutz!!! they had all kinds of trippy lighting and veiws for us to walk through. i remember a place where the walls were shifting around and it seemed like i walked through a 500 foot tunnel. a lot of rooms looked like something from saw and it was really fun to actually feel like i was in that movie lol. they had nobody leading us so we could freak out and take our time .. another awsome part was a bus ride where they drive off road and do a bunch of crazy stuff with it(i think i even ripped some girls hair a little i was trippin so hard here trying to hold onto the seat lol) and that drove us to more stuff like the first house but in a school.
they had so many different rooms to trip out on, it was a fun time.
its the end that sucked, we had to call my parents who went to a bar and we ended up waiting in the cold for a half hour before they picked us up, we asked if we could go again but they said it was only half off to go again

they picked us up and the only other cool thing really that night was that we saw some dear on the way back and also, to add to the horror of the night we saw a decapitated deer with blood soaking the road

had "A" drink and smoked some., blew bubbles. went to bed.
but "I" would first put in the gps directions and not rely on my friends anymore because they don't know how to work a map or gps.
- the drunk guy (who i didn't invite) lost his phone too.
