Will Trazodone, taking and eating a whole 150mg pill, cause the person to experience an MDMA effect?

My friend passed off five of them to me and told me upfront that it was an 'awesome pill and it made you roll for quite a while." Is this truth? I dont want to take one simply because I dont pop random pills and take a gander on weather or not it will do its intent.

Hopefully my friend isnt lying and perhaps someone will know better what Trazodone can do.

From what Ive read it just creates the same feeling as Zoloft. Which I used to take regularly. That has since been discontinued.

Im 130lbs, 19, male. My tolerance to pills, of all kind, is pretty high.

no trazadone is a sleeping aid, anti depressant..

ive taken trazadone for insomnia before and it really didn't do a whole lot. dunno how much i took though. i think it's marketed as a safer and less "narcotic" alternative to ambien.

trazadone is weaker than ambien. i wouldn't take it personally for fun. ambien on the other hand...

I would have to say they are very alike, neither got me tired, or high..
I took 40, 80, 120mg of Ambien and all I got was a headache. Army nut doc gave me Trazadone, I ate plenty one time , only got a headache too.. :(
Ive absorbed enough trichloroethylene to put 50 elephants to sleep, I seriously doubt some silly pill is going to work doc.. :d

Ive honestly never taken Ambien for any purpose other then to actually get to sleep. I was prescribed to Ativan for a while for anxiety and it didnt generate any good feeling so I had it switched to Xanax, which I dont use recreationally very often because Benzos are, I believe, some of the most toxic drugs on the market.

I dont usually raid the medicine cabinet and take random pills at high doses to experiment. Not that I have a problem with those who do, I just never really wanted to play with that kind of fire. NOW, on the other hand, If i hear that there are certain things around the house that will get me nice and high (Dextrometherorphan for one) and it wont, generally, kill me. Then hell Ill try it.

There is some Benadryl (sp?) in the cabinet, but ive heard so many opposing facts about its high that I dont know if i even want to try that out.

Trazodone won't do anything but make you tired. It's one of the shittiest pills I've ever put into my body.

I was rx'd trazedone as sleep aid. Worked at first, then I suddenly became allergic to it, oddly.

All I have to say about Trazodone at the moment is that it can or rather it might work for insomnia. It is not really pleasurable but not dysphoric either, its just like "man i'm tired now i think I go to bed". But if your insomnias bad enough it doesn't work. I don't think too many people would think that sounds like MDMA. After a roll, hmmm maybe useful.
