Different sharpie pipe.

I was reading about how a sharpie pipe is made, and I came up with a different twist. It's basically more like a chillum I guess. All you need is a sharpie, tweezers for taking the tip out, a large nail or drill, 1/4 inch socket, and glue or tap. Simply gut the sharpie, take the nail or drill and drill a hole in the smaller end, glue or tape the socket in the larger end and voilà, you have a ghetto ass pipe. I literally made it in minutes. Alas, I haven't tried it out yet, and since I can't be smoking for a while, so if someone could try it out for me it would be great. You probably need a screen too, and if you want to be extra ghetto you can use aluminum foil.

Yeah I know, but you are hitting from a socket, which is ok. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it should be safe to smoke from.

Why not just use a real small socket, cut the tip off, and force it into the hole - like you would for a gravity bong cap?

 

I mean that would work, I just went with the first design that came to mind. You could make it it countless ways, I just wanted to share the way that suited me best.

Actually, talking about that, I also think you might be able to get along without glue or tape by finding just the right size to force onto the end of the Sharpie..

 

watch out what you smoke with, sounds like the 'object' your smoking out of, is more toxic then what ever substance your going to smoke. Why not head over to your local bong shop and grab a nice glass piece, thats probably the nicest thing you can do for your lungs

 

Oh I knew you weren't criticizing, it's all good. I think your idea is pretty interesting, and will probably be tested by me sometime in the future. As was previously pointed out, health problems could possible come from this, because the plastic shaft could get hot or something, which may release bad juju. If anyone has used a sharpie pipe before, tell me, did the shaft get hot.

Ps I have a glass spoon, but I like to come up with ghetto tech for fun.

 

don't smoke out of that. the plastic will release harmful fumes even if you can't see it melting. the plastic part will get too hot

 

roll a doob..use the sharpie to write down girls phone numbers...its intended use
