    Hmm, well they look kind of ghostly being that white.

    You could keep it that way and say it is a spirit not letting the heart go through the natural process of decay. Spirit needs to learn to let go..

    ..Whatever's clever for ya though really.

    I'd say your best bet is to steer clear of flesh tone colors, if you are going to add color.

    you could add fingernails, and knuckle wrinkles.

    it's pretty cool as is though

    yeah i think im going to just leave the hands white and plain since theres enough color and other things going on in the drawing. i dont want the hands if colored to get muddled in with the heart.

    this is my heart, ive had it in my chest for 21 years and dont want to deal with its incessant beating anymore so.."here, you take it." maybe itll make a tasty stew.
