Is it OK to kill certain animals?

if i lived in the country, i would definitely use the live trap thing but i live in a densely populated area and they would just move in somewhere else...

I don't own a cat anyways, so my eventual murder of said pet would probably raise the population of sad, innocent and disillusioned children by one

the only animals i kill purposely is roaches, flease, and mosqhitoes. i still feel sorry for them tho
