Hi guys. It's just me keeping the conversation alive. Hi.

BTW, the latest news on the New World Order total government collecting your newest data for you dossier
    http://www.cnn.com/2010/TECH/web/10/22/google.privacy.controls/index.html?iref=allsearch
Google has always recorded everything that you look up and everyplace that you go to and keeps that info forever. Gee, I wonder who's paying them how much?

Back in the '60s they only did some select people and FBI files on them. Now they just do everybody and 3 and 4-year-olds, too. RU ready for the camps?

WoW.. there sure has been a lot of storms my way the last few days.. thunderdome, and the lightening flashes across the blackened sky and the house shakes and the ground trembles.

The creatures of the earth scramble to safty as the heavens show no mercy on the inhabitence below.

The wind howls through the top of the trees sending chills down even the bravest of souls.

The black sky rages and collides with itself while the electric lightshow fancinates the the mind, drawing you into it's wave of destruction.

The shear power of Creation come down to earth to rain it's glory, defeating man and beast.

Triumphly it doth involk terror as the angry sky twists and twirlls in a all comsuming funnel of devastation. Touching down upon life and limb clearing a path where it has traveled.

Woe to the earth and woe to the wind that is trapped it the eye of the evil one. The black devil, winding and turning it's way in any direction. Surely all will parish under it's rule, is there no hope.

We prepare, waiting anxiously, inthrawled in the magnificents of the raw energy that drives this hell wind.

And then just as the roof begins to rattle it's gone, gone back into the depths of hell from where it came. Like a flash of Radient Light it pulled itself up and took the devil wind with it.

The blackened sky broke into patchs of blue as the edges of the thunderheads turned a brillient silver. A gentle breeze replaced the hell wind and gently drove the black clouds far into the distance.

The creatures of the earth returned to their merry making and the birds sang their cheerfull songs of Love.

All was right in the world once again. The sun had returned to bless the earth and earth kissed the sky in gratitude, honor, in harmony with nature's wonder.

    Blessings

    Whoa!

I'll take Earthquakes any day of the week, rather than that.

That was scary just to read it!

Just when you thought it was safe and you crawl out of the shealther of your hidden place a clap of thunder hits so loud it knocks you over, the sounds of 10,000 trees snapping..CRAAACCCKKKKK. The Earth shakes as the boom is lowered and the flood gates open. It is upon us again.

Hail the size of baseballs beat the last clinging leaves on the giant oak trees, down into the rain soaked ground. A wall of rain prohibits any thought of excape and excape to where? There are three tornados to your left, two to your right and one coming from below. As fast as it moves in, it moves out again.

IDK why there has to be so many when one is deadly enough. I know that the season is upon us but I dont recall a threat of multiple tornados 10 yrs ago. Now it is never just one. There were three that we sighted 10 mils from our home, always traveling northeast it seems.

I can still hear the rumbling of the thunder in the far distance. I hope it's not coming back this way. I suppose it's better to have the storms this weekend and not next. It would ruin our annual Halloween party.

IDK Kenny, You can find sheather inna storm but where do ya hid when the earth opens up and swallows you. I was in an earthquake in SoCali in 70. It was pretty wicked too. I guess we are all at Mother Nature's mercy.

    Hey,

I've been in a lot of Earthquakes (and the Big A_s Loma Prieta of 1989) and even though the Earth has made ME Zig and Zag Severely as I ran outside, I still didn't fall down.

Sure beats the H out of being thrown a thousand feet up into the air and then being thrown to the left at a hundred and sixty miles per hour.

Death buy Lightning or death by Tornado as opposed to running out of the front door and looking up to see where the power lines are. It's a simple choice. A little running verses DEATH. I'll choose running every time. I could use the exercise anyhow.

I would never dare live where you and Lynn live. But I do love and respect you guys simply because you're crazy.

I'm Praying for your lives, Love Yus,

    Kenny

    Beachdog,

    What's a World Series?

You, me, and a bunch of folks. 7:30 in the morning. All night nickel, dime, Quarter poker game. Roberto from Milano, Italy went with us all to see his very first Base Ball game ever, which he DIDN'T GET at all. Oh well. But it was fun.

$7.50 tickets in the left side of the outfield. Do you remember? It was Fun.

    All Good.
    Love

    I almost remember that, Kenny.

I've kept the faith, all these years (and twists and turns) since. Well, except for taking a couple years off after the lockout/strike.

Hell, I was at Candlestick for the Loma Prieta earthquake (just to tie all this back to the most recent subject thread --hee, hee~~Hi, Cakes!).

I grew up in the Bay Area (convenient how that worked out, huh?); was 8 years old when the Giants came West. The lifetime deprivation of a World Series championship has been part of the tempering and maturation of my soul.

I'm guessing poor Roberto might have had more luck trying to grasp the basics (hell, you spend an entire lifetime learning the game) if both he and his tutors hadn't been up all night. ;-)

    Humm, baby!

Well, even in the land of "no rules", there are always a few "rules" (spoken or unspoken). We all lived and loved our way through that little life lesson.

That said, if tryin' to keep a bunch o' hippies on topic was a "rule", the conversation sure as hell wouldn't last for 184 pages of meandering.

    Hey, look! Bright shiny object!!!

    Hello all

Please let Mouseman know that Brad was asking how he is doing after the Mexico Vacation Lung incedent. Brad asked me yesterday how the MM was if I knew??? Please post if all is well..OR MOUSE if you know how to contact BT contact him and update him if so inclined....Age is creeping up on all.

Staying in touch is vvery important now. We are ageing and as we travel on the Moonbeam express route to the 20 Grand Club, We may be jingling our empty pockets, but we can still let those who care about each other know that we are O.K.....as Tom Waits would say!!!

    Peace and love

    Hi Chris, Good Morning,
It's good to see you. I hope things are going well with you and you're feeling fit :)

Yes, it is important to let ones know how your are doing. Just a little howdy, so we will know.

Sometimes life gets in the way of living. We get busy and things pop up and we are distracted. It happens to us all.

Mouseman is online every now n then so we can assume he is still above ground. I havent heard otherwise.

No my fingers ain't broke and I'm still suckin' air, by god! So spread the word. HELLO ALL! I'm sorry to not have been adding to the cosmic rap, but I've been monitoring regularly. That being said; how is it that some of you know when I'm listening in?? and how do I get to some of these photos that y'all are talking about?
Things are rolling along with us. Last time I posted was before the Country Fair; it was great, as usual. I was able to visit with Devora and her son (Kenny's??), and so many other folks that I only see at the Fair anymore.
Our "camp ground" endeavor was a success; nothing so large as what a bunch of our neighbors do, but a great start. All the folks who stayed with us really seemed to like our magic woods ambiance and the fact that they didn't get packed in like sardines. We'll be doing it again next year.
So, do you remember a bunch of months back when this writer guy, David Talbot, was phone interviewing some old GE folks? Well, he's a well known published author who is writing a history of SF circa '64-'84, and is going to have a portion about the Haight and GE and other communes and the movement in general. So when I interviewed via phone with David (from Mexico) last January I let it be known that I had a bunch of the Family news (goddamn independant, aka GDI) papers and photos which he really wanted to see. So about a month ago Heather & I headed down to SF to meet with David in person and along the way we contacted Dana and Larry "the Hat" to accompany us to this meeting. Low and behold; Larry comes up with one of the missing GDI's; the porno edition!! Kenny, you were lookin' good!! I need to learn how to load some of this stuff on to the forum. I left the GDI's and photos with "the Hat" who is going to get them digitalized to preserve them and offer a copy to the SF public library which, I'm told, has a section on the Haight Ashbury during the day. What a kick! I stayed at Dana's for a couple days and did some great story swapping. Our group interview with David was great. We all think he will do a great job on his history of the Haight because he gets it! I'm currently reading his national best seller "Brothers" about the unwritten Kennedy brothers' (Jack & Bobby) relationship. Needless to say, he doesn't subscribe to the "lone gunman" theory.
Heather & I will not be going to Mexico this Winter; we left with a sour taste in our mouths last Spring and it's gotten too unstable and unpredictable even for us. We like our heads where they are. So this winter we'll be taking our kettle corn business to Florida where we both have family (Heather's Mom & Step Dad, and my sister) and friends (Stacy, Kid, etc). However, along the way we intend to catch as many of you who might be along our path; so Ranger, Rita, Cakes, Kenny, Leo Ron, you have been advised! all I need now is some addresses to put into my GPS; so contact me if you dare!!
I promise to post more often because I love you all

Helping a brother. Sure man. On the left hand column. Those boxes are titled as the following:User's Login (where it pints you user name and tells you if you have any new PMs); Hip Shops; Favorite Forums; and the next one down reads Buddy List. If you click Buddy List open you will see Online and Offline and every name on you Friends List. Just keep this open all of the time. (I'm always lit up because I just leave my computer on for a week at a time and don't log out. It doesn't mean that I'm in the office or even awake.)

Thanks for the compliment! I'm old fat and ugly, now, though. LOL

If and when you blow through to "Flowerida" just PM me or e-mail when the time comes. I'll send you maps and numbers and stuff, fer sure. :sunny: I stay nonpublic online, as to where I am located. It's an art form. Be great to see you.

You met my Fam at the Fair. Cool. I bet that you see them more often then I do. LOL

By the way, Don't loose those G.D.I.s We are starting a museum, you know. At some point I would like to do 300 d.p.i. color scans of everything. (300 dots per inch is book and magazine printing quality image acquisition. Larger size image acquisition for blowups.)

    Love and Smiles,

    Kenny

Hi MM Nice to hear that you are indeed well..I will pass it on. FLA now that is a drive!! Even tho we are only minor acquiantences, and all of them from ORYGUN, if you by chance come down to LOW CAL (San Diego actualy Encinitas) we have room if you and Heather would like to visit. Then you could move on to AZ. We (Sheila and I) always have a room for dropins! Includes at least a meal, coffee/tea/, and stuff.....

Other news about the kids..Caleb our second oldest, is getting Married on Molokai in three weeks. Caleb was born in our Bus when we lived in Milo Orygun. If anyone wants to see the spot of the wedding (our place is about 1/8 mile from the Church) Google "Jersalema Hou Church Halawa Valley" Moloka'i.

We will be back here from December on.

    TC ALL
    Peace/love
