request for happy hopeful vibes

I would like to request some good vibes from you fine folks. i am preparing to attempt to buy a house. im a little scared, but im excited to be trying. i have to look at it, and my parents will help me, but i just would like everything to go smoothly, all the pieces to fit into place without too much trouble. its the first real step in the direction of my dreams, and i am so hopeful that it will work out.
so, happy vibes would be appreciated, and also any advice you may have. i am trying to get rid of a lot of stuff, ive been cleaning and culling for days in hopeful preparation.
