It seems the Dutch Government has some explaining to do... The Dutch Cocaine Factory was setup in 1900, and operated until 1950, to provide cocaine for the troops, on both sides of the front. They would have been ordered to charge the German machine guns anyway, at least this way they did it with less fear in their hearts, and probably more focused and alert. The reason for that is the Dutch goverment & military are sacred of the UN frowning upon it.

What a way to go coked up to the eye balls. They probably only stop production cos they found speed does the job better. Not really to surprising but a good read.
I think it also has to do with knowledge of the drug, for example perhaps Hitler wouldn't been subcribed to take amphetamines if his doctors had todays insight... Also testing the effect of LSD on american soldiers to consciously turn them into killing machines is just as shady.
'You have no idea what's going on these days.' Yes, I do. All the soldiers are on meth these days. And they become addicted to it. In Afghanistan they are on hashish and heroin, probably to come down off the meth. And don't forget that soldiers and mercenaries bring back tons of drugs every time they return home. That's in addition to the tons that are shipped out by CIA and other black ops. The reason the military won't respond is because it raises the question of what they give them now. A great subject for a book! If the military won't respond, just ask the soldiers themselves!
