I ate these incredible magic mushrooms and they've changed alot of different aspects of my life. Including the way I treat my dreadlocks. I used to cover my baby dreads with a beanie but now I just let them go crazy and do their own thing. I definetly get looks like... but I don't care at all. My hair is short and sticks out everywhere. My brother has called me the crazy cat lady and on thanksgiving my cousins said my hair looks like edward scissor hands :p This one girl in my art class with really long dreads said her hair looked like mine at the beginning and she's had hers for 8 years. She said do nothing.:)

She is spot on ... also, growing locks from short hair rules

PS. I found smoking shrooms better than all that eating with yoghurt nonesense

LOL, how would you know, you don't have much hair at all ;) ?

Hallucinogens may provide a new/different perspective, but ultimately the individual is the agent of change.

Really? you don't care AT ALL?

I really am sceptic about the ability of a hallucinagenic drug giving you an entire new perspective on life, or at least not a good one especially after one experience. but good for you

yeah the only thing they did for me as a teen was make me feel like I was Alice in Wonderland and once we befriended a group of stars in the sky.
But everyone has a different path, it works.
It just may take a lot to hold onto that change.

Alright let's get technical, they aided in my change but I ultimately was the free agent.

    Major in english already.

    OH AND REALLY!!...really

I've always read to not smoke em cause the heat destroys the active ingrediant in them for all the wackyness. I don't have any personal experience with smoking them but really interested on the effects it had when you did. Intensity, duration?

Sorry, don't wanna derail the thread. Last time I ingested some fungus I noticed a lot of feeling of the hairs goin on. Texture seemed so weird.

smoking shrooms? not psilocybin-containing shrooms.. amanitas can be smoked, but that is not healthy and is a totally different kind of mushroom than the good ones.

You may be speaking of the persisting effects of some sort of ego death? Dex changed my life, just by showing me that sort of view was possible. (actully planning my next experiance with dex in the next few days, first time in about 8 months :D )

Was waiting for that, you seemed to need it.

Forums will start swallowing my life again, I can feel it. bans have their benefits.

Yep ego death, I guess you can call it that. Only it was more or less how I viewed others.
