I've never done mushrooms before but I plan on getting some sometime in the next two weeks. I have a done a shit ton of Salvia and am a newcomer to Calea Zacatachichi (probably spelt that wrong, my bad.) So I dont know if that helps but either way I was wondering if I could get some advice on a good setting to do mushrooms. I live in Canada so it is very cold outside. I have a house to myself as well. Next, what to do? Im aware that shrooms last for hours upon hours and was just wondering if anyone had suggestions of what to do to fill this time up? Thanks much.
You could trip balls. Set different themed rooms up. Posters tapestries and whatnot. Get a relaxing playlist. Light candles and incenses. Get blankets and tons of funny looking pillows. Relax and let go. And juice. You can't forget juice haha.
Best to start with low or mid level doses. Outdoors is always best with mushrooms, so try to spend at least a little time outdoors if at all possible. Plan ahead by having water and little munchies and a good selection of your favorite music on hand. You may also want to experiment with sensory deprivation - blindfold and/or earplugs. It is important that you not eat anything at least 6 hours before eating mushrooms.
Im a smoker so I will be spending some time outside. And I keep hearing that it should be taken on an empty stomach.. but why?
It doesn't HAVE to be an empty stomach, but it absorbs through your stomach more quickly if you don't have much food in there.
Take chamomile tea with a medium dose of mushrooms in nature and you're set even if you're a wussy/pussy.
The people on this forum turned me onto ginger to combat nauesa and it works better than anything I've found.
