Total propaganda and non-corrorborated lies.

1.) They did not have a picture. That is the INFAMOUS picture from Erowid.org which is an image of SYNTHETIC (not extracted) DMT crystals from the 1960's or 1970's.

2.) NEVER believe stated "estimated street values" of seized drugs. They always inflate these figs by like 10x to 100x or more.

3.) Hmmm, "Side-effects include paranoia and flashbacks weeks or months later. The Class-A drug has also been linked to schizophrenia."

Well, i am a very hard-core user of crystal DMT. Still waiting for paranoia and flashbacks. If anything, it helped to assuage some of my fears and paranoia, as well as bring me back to a long-gone state of physical and mental health. And the statement that it has been linked to schizophrenia is the WORST kind of lie because it has a core of truth. There have been a number of theorized links to the way DMT works in the brain and the way schizophrenic brains work, especially in the very early days.. ALSO, not noted here, it has been found that clinical schizophrenics actually have a lot LESS endogenous DMT in their bodies than so-called normals.

4.) Good luck to smugglers trying to flood any street with crystalline DMT. It is not a pleasure drug, it is not a social drug. Even among dedicated, hard-core psychonauts, it is still a fringey material . . .

And if we've "never seen quantities like this" why don't they show it? Real busts always show the goods - the drugs, the money, the weapons.

5.) 126 kilos of DMT? Really? Possible. But, i wonder if they mean aya or precursor plants. The article immediately refers to Mr. Parry purging on Tribes, but that is an Ayahuasca trip NOT freebase DMT. Clever lies of omission and obfuscation. "He was violently ill and had nightmares." LOL! He purged, the medicine worked and he faced his demons and was cleansed. All depends on how you look at it.

6.) One official "DMT is a nasty piece of work!" Nasty Nature! Nasty Mother Earth! Nasty Evolution putting that in our endogenous neurotransmitter systems. Nasty!

i don't believe it and of course they do not cite a reference. Nonetheless, i'll look into this. If a coroner TRULY determined it was a contributory factor, she must have taken 5 hits, completely launched in a way that is similar to K-holing (i've been able to break trance on VERY high doses), fallen face down into a puddle and drowned with no one else around to help her. That's the only way it could conceivabley contribute to the death of a 17 year old.UNLESS she had a horrible undiagnosed heart condition and this was the very first time she got an adrenaline spike in her life . . .

 

It angers me to read this but this paper is just pure lies and deceit, see their Mephedrone article full of complete lies, also their NRG-1 article is full of complete bullshit.

The lies this paper is telling about DMT must surely be only the tip of the iceberg. I'm listening to what they are NOT saying. Is their refusal to report on Bat Boy part of the cover up of his existence?

in all seriousness....i really love how they compare dmt to meth. Like one of the most powerful hallucinogens known to mankind compares to a drug created in condemned trailers that rots your body from the inside out.

METH: Very bad physically. Extremely psychologically and physically addictive. Definately a (tweakers!) social drug. Repeated use pattern/problem is a serious one for almost all users. Ever meet a high-functioning meth-head?

DMT: Stressful physically. Not at all addictive. Exists within the body as an endogenous neurotransmitter. No potential at all for being a social drug. Repeated use often yields a terror trip (believe me, with DMT it only takes one in a thousand difficult experiences to yield these results) that scares people off for somewhere from months to forever. Most hardcore users cannot even use it as much as i do . . . i personally know a large number of EXTREMELY high-functioning and end-stage career successful (World authorities on the subject of computer security, World record holders in sports, successful artists, musicians, nurses, parents, etc.) DMT users.
