Where do you buy toys online?

I usually buy toys from Adam & Eve but their site recently went crazy on me by removing discounts & doubling my entire order while I was in the payment process. They were offering a 33% discount on the entire site so my order went from less than $90 to over $250 in a couple clicks. It made me lose a lot of trust in their site & since they ignored my email I don't have a lot of faith in them as a company these days. Can anyone recommend a another site with a good selection & reputation? Thanks in advance!

 

Kara Sutra is pretty nice... I've uploaded several of her videos (product reviews, general info and specialized info) on the site a couple times. She also has links for the products she reviews and you can buy it through her.

 

Well in there defence the sales and things are changed automaticly by a computer program... you may have just had the unfortunate fate to not have clicked fast enough. That does suck pretty bad though.

 

amazon.com, of all places. They've a whole "sexual wellness" department, the prices are really good and a lot of stuff qualifies for free Super Saver and Prime shipping.

Of course, the items aren't returnable. But, the one time I got a broken item, I wrote a quick note. Their replay, paraphrased, "here's you money back. Please don't return the item. We don't care what you do with it, just please don't return it."

 

Aine6923... I'll nose around the site & see if I can find some of Kara Sutra's posts. Thanks for the info. I'm all about research & if someone has a video about toys that my wife or & I might like then I want to see them.

Shadow Walker.... I spent most of the day trying to keep the discounts working. They would only show up for a few minutes at a time. It was late when I tried to process the order & after filling out cc info one of the items doubled. I went back to the cart to remove it & everything doubled. Earlier in the day I emailed them & got a reply about problems with the system. Whatever was going on caused serious problems that still isn't fixed because today they offered a 20% discount & it disappeared while I was filling my cart. I'm not trying to talk bad about them but when computers do weird stuff that costs me money it doesn't make me feel warm inside. lol

Very Different.... I've looked at Amazon in the past but I was hoping for something that has a better view of what's available. Maybe I'll try searching for the stuff I've found on A&E on Amazon. If nothing else it might save me a few bucks.

I'm sorry I think I misspoke, Kara Sutra isn't a member here. She's a youtube persona. She works in a sex shop and posts videos for information on there. I don't want to get in trouble for posting the website to have you go look for it, but if you wanna know it, PM me I'll be glad to give you her site. She even has it divided into "product reviews" "for the guys" "for the girls" "general information" etc ^_^

 

After reading your last post I found her on YouTube. Thanks for clearing it up. I was starting to think the search engine on here didn't like me. I subscribed to her videos & I'm going to check out what she has. Thanks for the heads up!

I ended up getting an OhMiBod toy for my wife's birthday. She's really into music & after watching Kara Sutra's videos about them she was hooked. I got it from a lady that does toy parties but I'm still looking for an online store with a good selection.

 

Yes, that's what I do... shop everywhere, but (almost always) buy Amazon. I've saved a lot of money that way. It's not the first place most people would think of for sex toys, but they've a pretty impressive selection.
