I have been barefooting for about a week and a half now, I can feel that my soles are stronger, but is it normal for my feet to peel? Mine have been peeling on some of my toes and on the upper parts of the ball of my foot. Is this bad?
It's probably part of the adaptive process. Don't get carried away if you're new to barefooting, start out gradually. Welcome to the lifestyle!
The very first week I barefooted daily I was shedding skin like...well, never mind. So, yes, it's normal and part of the adaptive process. You're getting tougher! Toughness through barefooting! Feels fantastic, yes?
