So I'm lovin the Molly and the x, and blow is still on my list of things to try but it won't be long before I get my chance to experiment. So I was wondering about mixing, what's it like? I'd assume it'd put a very positive spin on rollinnn'. Any thoughts? Also, when to take a tooot? Come-up, peak, come-down? Please share your thoughts and/or experiances
Unfortunately it's a waste to mix cocaine and MDMA, as they tend to cancel each other out. They use the same pathways in your brain, and so compete, and so you if you mix them, you'll only get like half the effects from each. I wouldn't mix them.
i used to do both, frequently, but rarely together. the blow will kill your roll. i starting using it after i started coming down. it sorta sped up my comedown process, then all's i needed was to have a few drinks to come down off the coke. YMMV

As long as you don't do too much you wont have problems but the coke will make your roll ease out of existance fairly quick. In my experience it's similar to if i am really drunk and do a few bumps the drunkness goes away and I sober up real quick. Its always good to moderately experiment but dont go to crazy your FIRST time
Really, Mr. Writer? i mean i'd never try it as it would be so heard on the heart and body in general and i've never tried coke so it's too late to start he he. But, i kinda thought MDMA was mainly a serotonin agonist and that Coke goes for the dopamine receptors . . . .
You are correct, although mdma does have some secondary qualities that effect dopamine. I personally would not mix the two, I enjoy my mdma way too much and mainly just want to mix it with other hallucinogens. (which surprisingly regularly affect serotonin as well ) I know for sure other dopamine activating drugs like crystal meth and caffeine both enhance the effects of mdma if they are used in a far less ratio than the mdma, I would assume cocaine would do the same as well. But I also know that if you try to use them equally or even close to equally the dopamine drugs tend to mask the serotonin effects of MDMA. This is a hunch but Dopamine is a reward regulating neurotransmitter so I believe that reward takes precendence over the mostly serotonin effects of mdma. Also alcohol and cocaine combines and metabolizes into a separate chemical called cocaethylene, it's a great recreational drug combo.
MDMA binds through dopamine enough that it is an issue. i'm not 100% on the details, i used to know this answer and i'm sure its out on google, but i know they somehow compete with each other.

They are consistent with emerging hypotheses that actions at the three primary brain molecular targets for cocaine each provide distinct contributions to cocaine reward and cocaine aversion in wildtype mice, and that this balance changes in mice that develop without dopamine, norepinephrine or serotonin transporters.
At deadmau5 i was on 4 ills and some molly.. My friend came and had some pretty good yayo. we didnt blow it until a party after the show, but one thing is forsure if your rolling definitly wait till you start to come down, then blow some lines. thats what i did nd i could slowly feel my roll comin back to me haha. hope it helped!
