Male genitalia is basically divided into two categories, growers and showers. Showers are the guys who always swaggered in the gym showers because their penis was large in the flaccid state. Growers are those guys with a smaller flaccid penis that grows much more when it becomes erect. Far as I can discern there is no real difference in final size between the two. I for example am a grower. I grow 5 inches from my flaccid state. It has often been fun to see the face of my partner as she watches my penis grow. One girlfriend even told me, "I love to watch it grow." So you can't always tell how large a guy is just by the package. I would be interested in hearing from women especially. as to what their experience is. Which do they prefer and so on.
I'm a grower I suppose. My balls and penis have a tendency to shrink a lot, so going on what most people would see, they might be surprised at my size hard.
I'm a grower for sure. I can be anywhere from 2 or 3 inches soft to maybe 4, it just varies too much. If I'm in a hot shower and it's the afternoon (I'm always shrunken in the morning for some reason) I can hang fairly well and with a "semi-semi" I could fill out a Speedo pretty well but most of the day it is pretty damn tiny. Any kind of physical activity makes me shrink too, and don't even start with the cold weather. So I can double or triple when I get hard. If I'm ever asked about my size, I just give them a range of numbers followed by "depending on the weather". I have a friend who is both a grower and a shower.
