Why is the dreadlock forum in Fashion and Crafts category?

I always thought dreadlocks were a form of body modification. After all Hair is a part of your body.

thats a good point....but its also not the norm.

 

Hairstyle is fashion, imo. Putting ink or holes in your body are much more permanent.
