Sorry I only make chapati, but I am going to try and bake my own bread sometime, there is nothing like the taste of fresh bread. It's not my art vibes, I just googled brown cow and that is what I found.

I make bread everyday My current favorite that I make is sourdough bread with asiago cheese and sundried tomatos with fresh basil

I know an indian takeaway that makes naan and it's like dough balls when you dip it in the curry, delish! Sadly I live nowhere near it.

 

All this talk about bread has made me crave it. When I go out to drop off the kids I am going to have to stop now and buy a whole loaf and eat it.

I did stop and purchase a nice loaf of bread and then came home and had it with peppercorn pate, hummus and maasdam cheese.

It was very good.

 

The mould ones are the best...
