Dear fellow trippers, psychonauts, and kids who just like drugs,

Please, PLEASE, know what you are putting into your bodies. Do not do a drug that you know nothing about, because it could be your last mistake, ok? Get information about your chosen substance from trusted sites (Erowid), as well as opinions from your peers, but above all, trust legitimate information and your gut.

I have an embarassing story, which I am only telling you because I want to help you if I can. The first time I did DXM my friend handed me 3oz of Delsym and said "drink this." So I did. I am lucky that nothing bad happened, especially because I was on prozac at the time; my friend didn't know this.
I have tripped on DXM 7 times, and it's about to be 8 because I just took another dose but I have studied it. I understand it fairly well.
Take my story, even though I got lucky, and take care of yourselves.

I dont like to mix drugs so i keep it to weed and dxm. thats about all i do anyway.

I agree, I rarely mix drugs. If I do it's just alcohol and some bud. It just seems safer not to mix.

 

yeah thats not to bad. ive tried X twice and both times it was bunk. i lost faith in it.

I've tried x three times - the last one was legit but I still didn't like it. X just isn't for me.

cough syrup is very dangerous if you dont know what you're doing. One bottle with another active ingredient can very possibly kill you. I've robotripped over 20 times, everytime still I feel sometimes like im gonna die. I dunno why, not saying i didnt enjoy them

 

Yeah, well robotripping causes increased thoughts about death, it seems to happen to almost everyone that robotrips.

 

I get it more on 900mlg trips. like when i reach my peak of the peaks.

 

The most i've done is 700mg...I think i'm good there, heh.

That's interesting though, I think about it all the way through the come-up and then those thoughts dissipate after the peak.

 

My highest dose was 1050. it was madness! my first 700 dose had me fucked up but it was nothing like 1050. Mine = BLOWN

 

I got that last trip I had. Felt like I was going to die and that life was so fragile. I mean, just think of how fragile life is with it being held by our bodies... Honestly, it's something positive that I've gotten from DXM. I now truly appreciate the sacredness of life more than I used to, and I'm grateful to be alive, personally, even though I've never been truly suicidal.

Exactly the same for me with regard to dosage (first 700, highest 1050). But sadly not the same result. The 1050 was a bit of a disappointment. I was expecting more from it; it didn't really take me anywhere special or do something I hadn't already experienced. The first one remains the best trip I've ever had.

 

I also received this from DXM - the realization of how fragile and precious life is. I mean, I always knew it, but DXM made me feel it.

 

Anyone ever feel like all their trips somehow connect into the current one your in? Like, in a "i forgot what sober was like" sense. Ill trip out for a sec thinking i do it so much that i dont know what a sober night is like anymore. Funny thing is, since i stepped up to big boy doses... i have kept it to 3-4wks between each trip. Im pretty good about it but sometimes i do two in a month.

 

I don't even think about sobriety, idk, I guess I personally don't, but I hear that a lot of people fear that they'll never be sober again.

The last two trips I had were only 2 weeks apart, but I'm not going to do it again for a while because I started a new medication.

One time when I thought i was gonna die on it, I got a conclusion on how death is gonna be like. Death is natural, and natural things are beautiful, even the ugly things are still beautiful, well death HAS to be beautiful.

I'm not afraid of death, I'm afraid of dying before my time; missing out on life that I should have lived if it weren't for my stupidity.

 

people have died from dxm misuse... do research... never mix with anti depressants or stimulants, you will die.

 

I'm not saying anything about anyone here, but most people never truly understand death until they actually full on, legitimately think they're dying, then when you're in the situation where you think you're forced to face death, a whole new perspective on life and death occurs. This is all my opinion because this is how it was me. And no one will ever truly understand death untill that time comes for them, but you should know what I mean.
