Adderall Prescription - question

Hey yall

I just got a prescription to adderall IR 10mg twice daily and I am at the end of my second day and my mouth is still itchy! I read about the side effects but I don't think it's bad enough to qualify for an allergic reaction...it's just a mild, slightly annoying itch that comes and goes.

Is this normal, or is even this mild itch a sign of an allergic reaction?

I know my doctor knows best but I don't have an appointment for another few weeks and this didn't seem particularly life-threatening.

Besides the expected lack of hunger and difficulty falling asleep I'm not experiencing any other side-effects, yet.
