Looks too much like Transformers (which sucked) but the second picture is pretty damn awesome.

I liked Voltron when I was little, but it certainly wasn't as cool as Transformers

Oh for crying out loud they just had to get the Statue Of Liberty in there, didn't they? Wasn't Voltron Japanese?? Oh yeah, so we get more scenes of mass destruction and giant robots fighting... how awesome. Transformers, Transformers 2, The Incredible Hulk, Iron Man, Superman 2... heaps of movies have already done the whole 'two guys fighting causes the city to fall apart' thing. Why can't there be something more original????????

I wish Hollywood would stop making these movies. At least for a good 10 years or so. No more comic books, no more live-action cartoon movies, no more remakes... I used to get so excited about these but now I just get cynical and bored.

I really got dissapointed when i found out that the latest G-force (Gatchaman) was going to be on CGI, not live action.... :(

So is the lion saving her, or getting ready to knock her down? Hmm.

It does look too much like Trasformers. Too skeletal.

I'll have to watch it though because I was a fan back in the day (sort of).

Voltron was two Japanese cartoons put together by an American and redubbed.

Definitely. Especially with comic books. The movies are always trash in comparison.

And what could be more American than that?

Some of them are alright... the Spiderman movies, Batman Begins/Dark Knight, Iron Man and X-men... are all really watchable films. But they were made by people who actually cared about comic books, or at least telling a good story.

At this point it's just a bunch of shitty filmmakers trying to make money because comic book movies are 'in' right now... and for some reason, people aren't getting sick of them. But they should be.
