POLL: Does anyone ever ask you if your hair is a wig?

people always ask if my hair is a wig. theyve been doing this since 8th or 9th grade and im a senior now. like the other day, i was walking in the mall and some dude calls me over. and im like hey. and hes like is that a wig? and im like, no haha its just my hair. and people do that all the time regaurdless of how my hair style is. i've changed colors four times: brown, black, light brown/blonde, and now red. whether its up in a puffy high ponytail, or down and curly, or curled in spirals how i used to do it, or straight and teased like i did it when i was younger, they always ask! its weird.

 

This thread's question seems like it mainly may pertain to those who have dreads. While I don't have dreads, I believe I've been asked before if I have had extensions put in my hair, to which all I have to say is a lot of people don't need that shit. It's all about properly taking care of your hair.

 

People have asked me this for the last 8 years. I've also been asked if I get perms.

It's probably because you have alot of hair and they can't see the roots is all.

No one ever asked me if my hair was a wig. One time (years ago) I was driving an old chevy truck with no tint in the back window and I cut a guy off in traffic. He sped around me and called me a bitch (because he only saw my long blonde hair blowing around I guess).

I think it's rude that somebody even asked you that question, myself.

I have naturally red hair and everyone always asks me if it's my natural hair color...I'M FREAKIN TIRED OF HEARING IT!!!YES IT'S MY NATURAL COLOR!!LOL
