and caught an unusual scent. I took another whiff, turned around and saw this pretty lady just hangin' here. Not too far into flowering, especially compared to the beast at my friend's place (holy shit it's massive now...pics tomorrow). Definite kush plant though. All the characteristics of kush and the smell is a dead giveaway. She's now in my backyard, as she wasn't getting any sun where she was hangin' out...hopefully will develop a little more before it gets too cold.
hopefully stealing someone else's pot plant doesn;t negatively effect your karma any but how do you know it;s kush and not some other strain of pot?
The only time that has ever happened to me was when I was ten and I knew what it was but no idea of why I felt compelled to steal it and hide it for myself. Sure enough it went missing again. oh well probably for the best considering I was only ten lol. Nice score...she's a biggin! ^________^
The thing would have yielded a quarter of bud if lucky where it was planted, as it was under trees and was barely getting any sun. It has barely started flowering and there is a month to a month and a half left for growing season. In my backyard it's actually going to see the sun and those (currently) useless little flowers will hopefully blow up into some delicious buds. It has that distinctive kush smell and grows as a kush plant would. Rather than one solid trunk at the base as my friend's plant has (determined to be jack herer), this has several smaller, yet still thick stalks branching off into what you see in the pictures. Also the large broad leaves (compare with pic below of jack herer, which has long slim leaves). edit: Forgot to add...I'm not even sure if it belonged to anybody. Before I took the pics there were vines growing on it from the bush behind it, and it was just in such an obscure location...could have picked anywhere in that field where the sun shines all day, but instead it was under a big tree near the river.
not compared to this beast... And that was a week ago. I saw it last night in the dark and it's almost unbelievable. When my buddy wakes up I'll go over there and get some new pics.
a little video footage from yesterday. Still can't figure out this embedding shit... here's another from the same area but closer to the beginning of summer. Sadly I can't rotate it through photobucket and I uploaded it directly from my phone.
